Mindfulness and Stress Reduction Training

Dr. Todd is the creator of a series of training programs specializing in stress reduction and mindfulness.  Either through group coaching or one-on-one sessions that encourage individual stress management, Dr. Todd provides evidence-based tools and relaxation techniques that enhance individual wellness as well as overall organizational productivity. Additionally, Dr. Todd has led a regular meditation group for over 10 years.

Dr. Todd is available to lead online groups through Telemental Services.
